Refund policy
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials. Proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice, is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
